New real estate partner joins DLA Phillips Fox

DLA Phillips Fox is pleased to welcome Tim L'Orange who has joined the firm as a partner in the real estate team based in Sydney.

Tim has extensive expertise in property law and acts for a range of clients including institutional property trusts, developers, corporate landlords and corporate tenants. Tim's experience includes acquisitions and sales, leasing and the structuring and implementation of master planned projects.

Tim was previously a partner at Ebsworth & Ebsworth.
