Tom is a partner in our property, infrastructure and development team in Melbourne and leads our real estate group across Australia and New Zealand.
Tom's 20 years experience in commercial and real estate law enables him to advise clients on complex and high value property transactions including:

- Structuring and strategic advice.
- Developments and joint ventures.
- State and Federal tax issues.
- Finance.
- Fund raising.
- Legal due diligence, risk assessment and contractual issues.
Tom has a special interest in sustainability in the built environment. He is at the forefront of the industry in this dynamic area, advising government and corporate clients on their whole of portfolio strategies.
Tom is a member of the Victorian Division Council of the Property Council of Australia, chairs their State Taxes Committee and regularly meets with the Treasurer of Victoria and other key policy makers on State Tax reform.
