Allan has acted as Counsel in major national industrial law cases in the Full Court of the Federal Court and Full Benches of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission. He has also appeared extensively in industrial law cases in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Western Australia Industrial Appeal Court and the Full Bench of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
Allan has advised on and drafted industrial legislation and is centrally involved in the ongoing debate about the future of industrial laws in Australia.
